Staff were friendly helpful, the room had everything I needed, spacious and the hotel is definitely dated.
The hotel was simply older, certainly clean. Just a "muted" presentation.

The room was nice and also had a bath. The location in a good area was great and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. Plus, our hotel was located 3 km from tourist attractions like La Paz de Cristo.

I liked that the staff were concerned with my discomfort at being bit by a bug in the bed. they asked if I called the front desk to move 3 of us to another room. I slept on the love seat in the room. The pool and hot tub was excellent.
Getting bit by the bug in the bed. Actually it freaked me and I didn't sleep well the rest of the night; I slept on the love seat. I didn't fit very well and couldn't stretch out.

The room was more than suitable and was quite spacious. Great bed, TV, fridge, microwave etc. Though the bathroom was a little small .... this was compensated for by having the washbasin outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was better than I have seen in many motels / hotels and included a good variety of foods. It was great that the breakfast was included in the price of the stay, unlike the last hotel we stayed in in Waterloo. My daughter and I found the room extremely comfortable. Check in and out was problem free.
Older building .... outdated in some respects .... especially carpeting. Stair way (if not taking elevator) was a little grubby.

It was possibly the most painless check in and check out I have ever had! Everything was ready to go, even though it was homecoming weekend and Oktoberfest. My card was debited only the amount for the room and no holding fee. Both of us (how I don't know) forgot our toothbrushes and were provided with complimentary ones.

my recent stay at a hotel in kitchener was amazing. everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room opened up to a pool - which was a great surprise! it definitely exceeded my expectations for a honeymoon stay.
No fridge in the room.

We stayed at this hotel to attend an athletic event and only used it to sleep and were gone by 6:00 a.m. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The room was clean, included everything we needed and the bed was comfortable.
Although the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the bathroom was very tiny - not a problem but pretty tiny. There were a couple of areas where the wallpaper was peeling but it was no big deal for our overnight stay however that gave it a less than luxurious/ well maintained appearance. The mattress cover was noisy when turning over in bed but the mattress itself was comfortable.

It was very easy to stay there we were a group of athletes on tight schedules and we were able to come back and rest in a little section of the hotel where are room was. Breakfast was available which saved time of eating out before going to play. The staff at the desk were helpful with directions to the different venues we had to be at.

The room itself was spacious.
The bathroom is very small and cramped. The hotel lobby and the rooms are in fair conditions, but the hallways and carpets are very dingy. I was glad our room was very close to the elevator as I would not have liked to walk down the discusing hallways at all. The hallways were what you would see in an old dingy student appartment, not at all what you want to see at a hotel. There was only one elevator too so you had to wait a while for it at times. The breakfast was minimal, and they were very strick about taking food out of the breakfast room, you could tell they were trying to save money.
